1. Return Window

• 24-Hour Cancellation: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

2. Return Conditions

• Unused & Unopened: Returns accepted only if the light arrives in its original, unopened packaging.

• Defective or Damaged: If your Joulox arrives damaged or malfunctions on first use, you may return it regardless of packaging.

3. Return Shipping

• Customer-Paid: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

4. Late-Delivery Refunds

• 38-Day Guarantee: If your order hasn’t arrived within 38 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

5. Replacement Option

• For damaged or defective units, you may choose a free replacement instead of a refund.

6. Refund Process

1. Request: Email support@joulox.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Proof: Provide photos or tracking info if applicable.

3. Ship: Send the item back to our warehouse.

4. Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 1–7 business days.

PayPal refunds may take up to 2 business days; credit/debit card refunds may take up to 7 business days.
